I lead software teams, and I like building at startups.

I strongly believe in something Clayton Christensen taught: “Management is the most noble of professions if it’s practiced well. No other occupation offers as many ways to help others learn and grow, take responsibility and be recognized for achievement, and contribute to the success of a team."

No two teams are the same, there are a thousand ways to build a company, and a million decisions to make along the way. I've made a lot of decisions, been a part of a handful of companies, and have been developing a preference for how the best work can be done over the longhaul.
